With over nine years of hands-on experience, Helen is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist committed to supporting clients through all stages of life—from injury recovery to relaxation, and everything in between.
Driven by a deep passion for holistic wellness and therapeutic bodywork, Helen blends a variety of techniques tailored to each individual. Her approach integrates relaxation and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and cupping—always customised to meet the unique needs of every client.
Helen believes in the power of touch not only to relieve physical tension, but to restore balance, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Always eager to learn, she is currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine massage and Homeopathy to deepen her practice further.
