Chi-Acupressure Massage
Acupressure massage is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press the higher bio-electrical conductive points on the skin to stimulate body’s natural self-curative abilities. Deep Tissue Massage
This style of massage focuses mainly on the deeper layers of muscle tissue & is designed to reach the deep sections of thick muscle. Very little lubrication is used to reach the neuromuscular structures of the body. The techniques are slow & deep pressure is applied. Cost ~ 1 hour $85
Footworks
90 minutes of pure bliss. Firstly the feet are soaked to relax the client, then a light exfoliation is applied followed by 45minute Reflexology treatment, normally focusing on areas of the body where stress and tension is held. Lithos Therapy
Applied as a Swedish or Remedial massage. Ideal for the athlete because the application of heated marble at 53”degrees allows the heat to be penetrated into tight & restricted areas allowing tension and tightness to slowly release.
